    Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, or major life transitions. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

    I work with men and women facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, work-related stress, life transitions, and grief and loss. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, and build resilience so they can move forward with greater confidence and balance.

    My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, while maintaining a humanistic perspective that focuses on meeting each client where they are and honoring their unique experiences and goals.

    It is truly a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
