    Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping children, teens, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges in a supportive, compassionate, and judgment-free environment. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work together toward healing and lasting change.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, behavioral challenges, parenting stress, emotional regulation difficulties, and family conflict. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I strive to create a safe space where you can build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and achieve your personal goals.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I utilize evidence-based treatment methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am trained and certified in EMDR, an evidence-based therapy that helps individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences and other distressing life events.

Prior to private practice, I spent more than 15 years working in child welfare, residential treatment, and therapeutic foster care, giving me extensive experience supporting individuals and families through trauma, attachment concerns, complex family dynamics, and life transitions.

Reaching out for support is a courageous first step. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, supporting your child, or looking for a place where you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and hope.
